john deere 6125R track guide 3

Good morning everyone, i ordered a sprayer with muller job computer on it and a track guide 3 terminal which will be gps and isobus terminal.So i need to retrofit an isobus socket on the tractor.Should i connect tractor's canbus to the terminal.I think that it is not necessary because it will get the speed signal from the gps receiver on top of the roof.
