Had a flyer through this morning from AS Comms saying that because of customer feedback they are introducing a new support package for their customers to include telephone support. All non-subscribers will be charged £1.00 per min.
Saw recently my local NH dealer are doing similar...but at more than double the price but includes software update etc.
Sounds like dealers are getting snowed under by basic questions from end users eating up their time.
